Funeral lunches are for families and friends to come together in fellowship to celebrate the life of a loved one (dependent on the availability of the hall and the workers needed to offer the luncheon).

At the funeral luncheon, the committee sees that salads, side dishes, desserts, and so on are provided. The main dishes (beef, chicken, or whatever the family prefers) are ordered by the committee. These main dishes are paid for by the family.

The luncheon committee provides the workers that finish preparing and serve the food and provide the clean up afterwards. There is a group of volunteers who are called and who donate the various dishes that are served. There is always a need for more volunteers. On the day of the luncheon, the hall doors are open early so that you can bring your dish.

This service is available to registered parishioners of St. Elizabeth Seton and their immediate family.
